Meet Dr. Zachary I. Bonté DC., PT., DPT
Chiropractor, Physical Therapist

Dr. Zachary Bonté is a Southern California native who attended and graduated from Santa Margarita Catholic High School in Orange County, where he played 4 years of football including a Cinderella senior season where he played linebacker for the Eagles’ 2011 state championship season. Following a successful high school career, Dr. Bonté attended UCLA where he continued his athletics journey, playing 4 years of rugby for the Bruins and graduating in 2016 with an undergraduate Bachelors degree in economics. After a stay at the Olympic training center, training with the USA rugby team, Dr. Bonté received a rugby scholarship at Life College Chiropractic West in Hayward, California where he to pursue his doctorate in Chiropractic, graduating with honors in 2020. As a second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Bonté joined the Agape Wellness Center team with a passion for helping patients injured in motor vehicle collisions.

While working as a Chiropractor at the AWC Dr. Bonté continued his course work obtaining a 2nd doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville Tennessee which he completed at the top of his class and with honors in 2022. Dr. Zachary Bonté DC., PT., DPT is a dual licensed doctor of Chiropractic and Physical therapy, specializing in helping patients injured in motor vehicle collisions in California, Arizona, Washington, and Texas.

Family: Dr. Zachary Bonté DC, PT, DPT is married to his wife Dr. Amy Bonté, DC who is also a fellow accomplished collegiate & USA rugby player as well as contributing Doctor of chiropractic at the Agape Wellness Center. With a shared passion for helping injured patients, athletes and children they are a true dynamic duo.

Fun fact: While working toward his PT degree Dr. Bonté was contracted with the professional rugby organization the LA Giltinis and enjoyed a successful professional season playing for the Giltinis at the Los Angeles, Coliseum. Dr. Zach continues to enjoy playing social rugby on his days off so don’t be surprised if you see him in the office with a blackeye… You should see the other guy!
