Dr. Nelson has been licensed to practice chiropractic in the states of California and Arizona since 1986. He has been practicing in the Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area since 1988. He utilizes low-level cold laser therapy as well as various other modalities in the treatment of motor vehicle accidents. His staff is kind, friendly and attentive to their patients’ needs.
