Dr. Clements grew up in northern Canada and moved to the USA to play NCAA Ice Hockey in Minnesota on Scholarship.  Playing hockey Dr. Clements had his fair share of injuries and found such great results using Chiropractic Care to treat each problem. Instead of going to medical school, Dr. Clements decided to enter Chiropractic School in Whittier, CA in 1997.  Being 6 feet tall and 230 lbs has shown to be valuable as a chiropractor, with long arms and a gentle touch he can work on almost any shape and size patient solving even the most stubborn of problems.  Dr. Clements is very passionate about improving the health of his patients that you should not be surprised in the impression he will leave on you.  He is the Doctor Friends tell other Friends about.

Practice

Clements Chiropractic Center was established in 1984.

The office was originally opened in 1984 by Dr. Lawrence Horowitt and over the first 20 years, the office changed location 3 times within Long Beach. As Dr. Horowitt was preparing to retire he convinced his personal chiropractor, Dr. Corey Clements, to take over the office and continue the high level of professionalism and care the office is so well known for. Since the take over the office has grown 5 times larger and has expanded twice to keep up with the continual needs of our patients. Our staff of 26 are well trained to make sure your visit is an unforgettable experience.

The Chiropractors in the office use the mainstream Diversified Technique of adjusting which 80% of chiropractors practice. Also, we offer a large array of physical therapies including Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Ultrasound, Lumbar Decompression, Diathermy, Infrared Therapies, Intersegmental Traction, Cervical Traction, Myofascial Release, McKenzie Therapy, Active Release Technique just to name a few. The office also offers Acupuncture to help give patients a variety of treatment options.
