Meet Dr. Nemat

At “Primary Health Clinic” our mission is to provide the members of our community with high quality, affordable wellness care in a comfortable and caring environment. Our goal is to not only alleviate pain, but more importantly, inspire and educate our patients to become active participants in their own well being. Our approach is a natural one, whereby we treat the entire person, not just their symptoms. Through this comprehensive and a structured approach, we are better able to help our patients too achieve optimal levels of health and wellness.

We provide quality medical and chiropractic care to help our patients get back to the life they are missing. We can treat muscle pain, personal injuries, work injuries and auto-accident injuries. Our foundation at the Primary Health Clinic is patient care based upon a multidisciplinary approach at every level. No care is limited to only one form of treatment.

Dr. Elham Nemat has been practicing for more than 24 years. She treats neuromusculoskeletal complaints, joint pain, post surgical rehabilitations, carpal tunnel syndromes, headaches, arthritis, sciatica, neck and back pain.
