Meet Dr. Shah

Dr. Goonjan Shah is a highly accomplished pain management physician with a background in anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree from the University of Michigan, followed by a residency at the University of North Carolina and a fellowship at UCLA. Dr. Shah has extensive experience in both clinical practice and research, working with the Advanced Pain Medical Group in Los Angeles and contributing to studies on topics such as antibiotic prophylaxis, pain outcomes, and sinusitis. His work has been published in multiple medical journals, and he has presented his research at national conferences. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Shah has held leadership roles and volunteered in clinics around the world, showcasing his commitment to both patient care and global health initiatives.

  • Education: Dr. Shah completed his Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Michigan. He later pursued a residency in anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina and a pain fellowship at UCLA.
